Due to economic circumstances, the potential future leaders of our industry are disconnected from opportunity and have limited visibility of career possibilities.
Without early quality outreach, many highly skilled, highly capable individuals from lower socio-economic backgrounds are lost from our potential talent pool.

Socioeconomic class is intersectional with other diversity identities, which place even more barriers between opportunities and success.
